With over 25 years of experience in counseling, coaching, and training, my approach is grounded, thoughtful, and centered on what’s truly helpful. My background includes serving as a Licensed Christian Marriage and Family Therapist, trauma-informed coach, curriculum specialist, and professional writer.

Much of my work has been walking alongside women as they navigate betrayal, loss, and other emotional wounds—creating space for clarity, healing, and a renewed sense of direction. This is steady, meaningful work that leads to deeper understanding and lasting change.
