Marriage and Premarital Sessions

Healthy relationships don’t happen by accident. They are built through understanding, intention, and the ability to navigate challenges well. Our sessions are designed to help couples strengthen their connection, address areas of tension, and move toward a more fulfilling partnership.

Our proven tools and research-based approaches have been shown to dramatically improve communication, connection, and overall relationship satisfaction.

Relationship Coaching

Relationship coaching helps you better understand the dynamics within your relationship and develop the skills needed to navigate them well.

Together, we focus on:

  • identifying patterns that may be creating tension.

  • strengthening communication and connection.

  • addressing unresolved issues.

  • developing practical tools for conflict and growth.

  • moving toward a more intentional, satisfying relationship.

Coaching can be done individually or as a couple.

Marriage Coaching

Whether your relationship feels strong or strained, these sessions provide a structured way to gain clarity and move forward with intention. Using a research-based relationship assessment, you’ll gain insight into:

  • your relationship strengths

  • areas for growth

  • patterns that may be impacting connection

After completing the assessment (done privately online), we’ll meet to review your results and begin applying practical tools and strategies.

These sessions help you:

  • heal areas of strain or disconnection

  • strengthen communication and intimacy

  • navigate conflict more effectively

  • address stressors impacting your relationship

  • clarify shared goals and direction

  • better understand and appreciate your differences

For Engaged Couples

Premarital sessions are designed to help you prepare not just for a wedding, but for a strong and lasting marriage. Using a structured assessment and guided conversations, you’ll build a solid foundation by:

  • strengthening communication skills

  • identifying potential areas of tension early

  • learning how to navigate conflict effectively

  • discussing expectations around finances, roles, and family

  • clarifying shared goals and values

Following your assessment, we’ll meet for a series of sessions (typically 6–8) to walk through your results and apply practical tools for your relationship.
